The hotel sits at the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street in Mayfair, on the site of the former Westbury Hotel, minutes from Savile Row and the neighbourhood's gallery row.
The concept
St. Regis's long-delayed UK debut (slipped roughly three years from an original 2023 target) reimagines the Westbury as a 193-room hotel with 66 suites, designed by Richmond International around Mayfair's tailoring and gallery heritage. A new eighth floor and rear extension, part of a $122 million redevelopment, expand the public rooms beyond the original building's footprint.
Dining & wellness
Le Perroquet, a French brasserie from chef Daniel Rose, anchors the dining program; the hotel also has two wellness suites, a fitness centre and a lobby bar.

June 11, 2026: The St. Regis London is now targeting an October 2026 opening, after earlier target dates of 2024, 2025 and spring 2026. The 193-room hotel at Bond and Conduit Streets in Mayfair, on the site of the former Westbury Mayfair (closed in 2020), includes 66 suites and a penthouse with a 150 square metre terrace. Dining will include Le Perroquet, a French brasserie by Daniel Rose, and a signature restaurant by Robert Aikens, alongside a Polo Bar, a Library Lounge and a jazz bar. As of mid-June, rates and reservations were not yet available on Marriott's website.
