The place
The hotel sits at the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street in Mayfair, on the site of the former Westbury Hotel, minutes from Savile Row and the neighbourhood's gallery row.
The concept
St. Regis's long-delayed UK debut (slipped roughly three years from an original 2023 target) reimagines the Westbury as a 193-room hotel with 66 suites, designed by Richmond International around Mayfair's tailoring and gallery heritage. A new eighth floor and rear extension, part of a $122 million redevelopment, expand the public rooms beyond the original building's footprint.
Dining & wellness
Le Perroquet, a French brasserie from chef Daniel Rose, anchors the dining program; the hotel also has two wellness suites, a fitness centre and a lobby bar.
