Hyatt Regency London Olympia opened on 5 July 2026 inside Emberton House, a converted 1937 car park at the centre of Olympia London's £1.3 billion regeneration. The 204-room hotel pairs Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC architecture with an all-day restaurant, Idalia, in the adjoining Grade II-listed Pillar Hall.

The hotel occupies Emberton House within the Olympia London exhibition and events complex in Kensington, West London, with direct access to Kensington Olympia station.

The concept

Hyatt Regency London Olympia converts Emberton House, one of Europe's largest multi-storey car parks when it was built in 1937, into a 204-room hotel as part of the wider £1.3 billion regeneration of the Olympia London exhibition venue. Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC led the architectural conversion, while London studio twenty2degrees reworked the building's industrial character with Art Deco-influenced interiors that nod to Olympia's history. It is Hyatt's fifth Regency-branded hotel in London.

Dining & wellness

Idalia, an all-day dining restaurant helmed by chefs Samantha Williams and Lorena Tommasi, occupies the adjacent Grade II-listed Pillar Hall with modern British cooking and European and Asian influences. The 1937 Lounge & Bar serves coffee, light bites and cocktails, and The Market offers grab-and-go food. The hotel also has flexible meeting space tied to the exhibition centre next door.
