newhotels.io ("we", "us") is an independent guide to new hotel openings worldwide, published by MG Conseil (see our Legal Notice for publisher and hosting details). This page explains what information we collect from visitors, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We do not require an account to browse the site. The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to give us:

• Newsletter subscription (/newsletter): your email address, preferred language, and the countries/cities you select. Stored with our email provider, Resend, and used solely to send you the newsletter you signed up for.
• Contact emails sent to us (advertising inquiries, corrections, questions): used only to respond to your message.

Cookies & similar technologies

Beyond the data you submit yourself, this site and its advertising and analytics partners use cookies and similar technologies to measure audience and serve ads:

• Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics — anonymized-where-possible audience measurement (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).
• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — cookieless, aggregate traffic and performance measurement from our hosting provider.
• Advertising partners — we work with third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense and Journey (a Mediavine program), to display ads on this site. These partners may set cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Our authorized advertising sellers are listed in ads.txt.
