New York architect Albert C. Wirth designed this nine-story wedge-shaped tower in 1926 as part of Edwin Grove's Battery Park Hill redevelopment. Country music pioneer Jimmie Rodgers made his first-ever radio broadcast from a station on its eighth floor before Indigo Road Hospitality converted the long-vacant building into a 71-room hotel in 2024.
