Kimpton Orlando

Kimpton, IHG's boutique lifestyle brand, has been named hotel partner for Westcourt, the new sports-and-entertainment district taking shape next to Orlando's Kia Center. The Kimpton Orlando will occupy the first 11 floors of a 27-story tower, with 261 rooms expected in early 2027 — the brand's first-ever Orlando property.

The place

The hotel takes the first 11 floors of a 27-story tower in Westcourt, the mixed-use district rising directly across from the Kia Center arena in downtown Orlando.

The concept

Kimpton's Orlando debut is arriving as part of a $500 million ground-up district rather than a standalone building — the boutique brand's design-forward, socially minded format built into an arena-adjacent tower with 265 residential units above it. It is the label's seventh Florida property and second built next to a sports arena.

Dining & wellness

The 261-room hotel is set to include a lobby bar and restaurant, a café, a pool bar and pool lounge, plus more than 16,000 square feet of meeting space.
