Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is a two-tower, 543,000-square-foot family resort under construction at Everest Place in Kissimmee, operated by Lion Star Hospitality under a Paramount brand licence and developed by Teramir Group. It combines 211 hotel rooms with 181 condo units sleeping up to twelve, an Aqua Nick water park and themed dining including a SpongeBob restaurant, with a 2026 target opening and no confirmed month.

The place

Everest Place, a 220-acre mixed-use development on the W192 tourism corridor in Kissimmee, Osceola County, within the wider Orlando metro area.

The concept

Lion Star Hospitality, Everest Place and Paramount announced the project in May 2024; developer Teramir Group received its building permit in July 2025, clearing the way for vertical construction. The resort occupies 543,000 square feet across two towers, split between 211 hotel guest rooms and 181 condo units sold to buyers as studios, one-bedrooms with a bunk room and two-bedrooms with a bunk room, the largest sleeping up to twelve. It is the second Nickelodeon-branded resort operated under Lion Star's Karisma licence after Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya, and the format carries over: themed accommodation, character interactions built around SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the brand's signature slime experiences.

Dining & wellness

The announced line-up includes Le Spatula, a SpongeBob-themed restaurant, and Mikey's Pizzeria, themed to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, alongside cafés and retail. The Aqua Nick water park anchors the resort's outdoor attractions; Club Nick handles supervised children's activities and the Snick Lounge adds games, sports screens and live music. No detailed spa or adult-only wellness offer has been announced.
