W Orlando will pair a 400-room, 22-storey luxury lifestyle hotel with a 2,000-seat concert venue on a 10-acre site adjacent to Universal's Epic Universe theme park. Originally targeted for a 2026 opening, developer Buccini/Pollin Group pushed the timeline to 2027 as of a March 2025 update, and no independent confirmation of an actual groundbreaking had surfaced as of August 2026.

The concept

Dining & wellness
