IHG and Daiwa House Group opened a dual-branded, 288-room hotel on Orlando's Universal Boulevard on July 1, 2026, splitting a single new-build tower between 120 wellness-focused EVEN Hotel rooms and 168 kitchen-equipped Staybridge Suites units. The property sits minutes from Universal's new Epic Universe park and the Orange County Convention Center, sharing a resort-style pool and fitness studio between both brands.

The concept

IHG and Japan's Daiwa House Group broke ground on this dual-branded, new-build property in October 2024 and opened it roughly twenty months later. A single building houses two distinct IHG brands under shared amenities: EVEN Hotel's 120 wellness-oriented rooms and Staybridge Suites' 168 kitchen-equipped studio and one-bedroom units, sharing a 1,500-square-foot Athletic Studio, a 24-hour marketplace, a game room, a resort-style outdoor pool, guest laundry, long-stay storage and a courtyard with BBQ grills and a pet-walking area.

Dining & wellness

EVEN Kitchen & Bar serves the wellness side with fresh options through the day and an evening tea service; Staybridge Suites guests get a complimentary daily breakfast buffet and the Staybridge Suites Social, an evening gathering with light bites, beer and wine, alongside fully equipped in-suite kitchens.
