The place

The project is planned for Nashville's Gulch neighborhood, the same district where Tidal Real Estate Partners has already broken ground on a dual-branded Marriott Vacation Club and Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy project: this is the firm's third ground-breaking in the Gulch.

The concept
