Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel

Dolly Parton is opening her first hotel in downtown Nashville in June 2026, a 245-room property built around a guitar-shaped entrance on Commerce Street. The SongTeller Hotel shares its building with 'Dolly's Life of Many Colors Museum,' a 20,000-square-foot exhibit spanning her career, and pairs storytelling-themed rooms with two live-music venues.

The place

At 211 Commerce Street in downtown Nashville, the guitar-shaped entrance sits across from the city's landmark AT&T 'Batman' building, steps from Broadway's honky-tonks.

The concept

Parton's first hotel pairs 245 rooms and suites styled around her music and Southern upbringing with 'Dolly's Life of Many Colors Museum,' a 20,000-square-foot, third-floor exhibit billed as the largest collection dedicated to her career to date. The project extends the singer's brand into hospitality much as Dollywood extended it into theme parks, aimed equally at devoted fans and Nashville's Broadway-district tourist traffic.

Dining & wellness

Two live-music venues, Parton's Live and Jolene's, anchor the dining and entertainment program alongside a full-service restaurant serving Nashville-inspired cuisine.
