Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Nashville

Nobu Hospitality is bringing its restaurant-led hotel format to Nashville's East Bank, inside Oracle's new riverfront campus, with a 120-room Foster + Partners tower due in 2027.

The place

The hotel will sit on the Cumberland River in Nashville's East Bank district, part of Oracle's more than 70-acre campus redevelopment directly across the water from downtown. Oracle began demolition on the site to clear way for the broader district, which the company expects to complete by 2031.

The concept

Announced in October 2025, this is Nobu Hospitality's first Nashville hotel and a direct partnership with Oracle, which is anchoring its own corporate campus with hospitality and residential development rather than office space alone. The brand — founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper — brings its usual formula of a signature restaurant paired with a small-format luxury hotel to a city already crowded with lifestyle brands, betting on the East Bank's redevelopment momentum and its own restaurant draw rather than scale.

A signature Nobu restaurant anchors the ground floor, alongside a lobby café, event spaces, a spa and fitness center, and a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Nashville skyline.
