Pendry Nashville

Montage International is bringing its Pendry brand to Nashville for the first time, with a 180-room hotel and 146 branded residences set to anchor the new Paseo South Gulch district. Designed by local firm ESa with interiors by Post Company, the project pairs a rooftop pool and garden restaurant with ground-floor dining, targeting a 2027 opening.

The place

The hotel anchors Paseo South Gulch, a new mixed-use district built around Nashville's Gulch neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown and the city's dense restaurant scene.

The concept

Developed by SomeraRoad and Trestle Studios, this is Pendry's first Tennessee property and pairs 180 guest rooms with 146 privately owned residences under one roof — the brand's now-standard formula for pairing transient and residential real estate. Interiors by Post Company lean on Italian marble, warm woods and burnished brass rather than the exposed-brick vocabulary that already defines much of the Gulch.

Dining & wellness

A ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar anchor street level, while a rooftop pool deck adds a garden restaurant and bar; the property also includes a fitness center and a writer's room and library.
