The Hoxton Nashville

Ennismore is bringing The Hoxton to Nashville's Pie Town, an emerging warehouse district on the city's industrial fringe, with 204 rooms opening in 2027. It's the brand's fifth U.S. property and first in Tennessee, pairing a rooftop pool with a subterranean speakeasy in an eight-storey new build at 616 Ewing Avenue.

The place

The hotel rises at 616 Ewing Avenue in Pie Town, a pocket of warehouses-turned-record-stores, breweries and music venues a few blocks from City Winery and Tennessee Brew Works — industrial Nashville rather than the Broadway tourist strip. The eight-storey new build replaces a 1960s warehouse on a 0.89-acre corner, part of a wider wave of adaptive reuse and infill remaking the district.

The concept

It's the fifth U.S. address for the London-born Hoxton, following New York, Portland, Los Angeles and Chicago, and the brand's first in Tennessee — developed locally with 616 Ewing Partners' Bryan Fort and Taylor Preston. GREC Architects handles the building, Ennismore's in-house AIME Studios the interiors, applying the brand's now-familiar formula of five room sizes (from Snug to Biggy), a Hox Gallery rotating local artists, and a retail edit built around Nashville makers rather than hotel-branded merchandise.

Dining & wellness

Food and beverage runs across four spaces: an open-plan lobby restaurant, bar and coffee shop; a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar on the eighth floor; a subterranean speakeasy for late-night cocktails; and The Apartment, a communal-kitchen event space for private dining. An indoor fitness centre and events terrace round out the amenities.
