Turnberry has proposed a 46-story St. Regis tower at 805 Demonbreun Street in downtown Nashville, combining 179 hotel rooms with 40 residences and 141 condos in what would become the city's tallest hotel. Metro Planning approved the concept plan in mid-2024, but construction had still not broken ground as of May 2026, leaving the opening date open.

The concept
Turnberry's 46-story, 651-foot tower would pair 179 St. Regis hotel rooms with 40 furnished residences and 141 condos, designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, and is planned to surpass the neighboring JW Marriott as Nashville's tallest hotel. Metro Planning approved the project's concept plan in mid-2024, but as of May 2026 construction had not yet broken ground against an originally targeted 2025 start: a gap between approval and groundbreaking that leaves the timeline genuinely open. It is a separate project from the already-tracked Ritz-Carlton Nashville and The Nashville EDITION, both also planned for the Gulch.
