Hyatt Centric Harborside Sarasota, targeting late 2028, is planned as a 20-storey waterfront tower at 1000 Boulevard of the Arts, on the site of the demolished former Hyatt Regency Sarasota. Developer Kolter Urban is building 174 hotel rooms on the tower's lower floors beneath 117 condominium residences above.
