The concept
The existing Ink48 hotel, built inside a former printing-press building overlooking the Hudson River, has been signed as MGallery Collection's US flagship: Accor's first MGallery property in New York. Rather than a ground-up build, this is a brand-flagship conversion: the hotel keeps operating independently under Rebel Hotel Company through an extensive redesign meant to introduce MGallery's storytelling-driven design language while preserving the building's industrial-inspired character. The property is owned by Capstone Equities alongside co-investor Leyad.
Dining & wellness
The existing rooftop bar, Hudson VU, and ground-floor restaurant, Hudson Local, continue operating through the transition, alongside roughly 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space and a fitness center.
