The place
The hotel will occupy 125 West 45th Street in Midtown Manhattan, a two-minute walk from Times Square and Broadway, inside a 1928 commercial building being converted for hotel use.
The concept
Only YOU Hotel New York is the US debut of Palladium Hotel Group's Spanish lifestyle brand, converting a 1928 commercial building rather than building new — a genuine operator and brand introduction on an existing structure with no prior hotel history found. Designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, who has shaped Only YOU's Madrid and Barcelona properties, is handling interiors, aimed at bringing the brand's contemporary, urban-luxury identity to a dense Theater District block. Future Only YOU openings are planned for Venice and Ibiza.
Dining & wellness
Plans include a restaurant and rooftop bar open to both hotel guests and outside visitors, alongside a fitness center and event space; specific chef or restaurant-concept names had not been announced at the time of writing.
