voco Times Square – Broadway, IHG's largest voco hotel in the Americas, opened February 25, 2026 on Seventh Avenue at West 48th Street. The 32-story, 419-room new-build carries a Prohibition-era design theme, a rooftop the brand calls Times Square's only hotel rooftop, and The Velvet Fox cocktail bar.

The concept

IHG opened voco Times Square – Broadway on February 25, 2026 as its largest voco hotel in the Americas and one of the final new-build hotel developments approved in the Times Square theatre district. The 32-story tower's interiors lean on a Prohibition-era, speakeasy design language — layered textures, warm lighting and vintage-inspired furnishings — built around a lobby the brand describes as evoking the Jazz Age. The opening brought voco, IHG's fastest-growing premium brand, past 100 hotels open worldwide and lifted its New York State count to seven properties.

Dining & wellness

The Velvet Fox, a cocktail bar and lounge with live music and small bites, anchors F&B; a 2,400-square-foot rooftop — pitched as Times Square's only hotel rooftop with unobstructed skyline views — adds an indoor-outdoor event and lounge space.
