Resorts World NYC sits on a 72-acre site in South Ozone Park, Queens, part of the city's Aqueduct Racetrack casino district.

The concept

The 1,200-room Crockfords tower is the headline addition of Resorts World NYC's second-phase expansion, alongside a separate 400-room hotel tower (bringing the resort's existing Hyatt Regency capacity to 800 rooms total across both towers), a 7,000-seat entertainment venue, and roughly 2 million additional square feet of gaming, dining, retail and convention space. Genting broke ground on the phase in July 2026, its second major milestone within a few months of the resort's first-phase reopening. Crockfords is Genting's ultra-luxury hotel brand, already running as an LXR-branded property at Resorts World Las Vegas; the New York property is widely expected to follow the same pairing, though Genting had not separately confirmed the LXR flag for this specific tower as of the most recent reporting.
