Bally's Bronx is a planned 500-room casino hotel at Ferry Point Park, part of a multi-billion-dollar integrated resort after New York's Gaming Commission approved Bally's commercial casino license in December 2025. The place
Ferry Point Park in the Bronx, on a nearly 20-acre site — formerly a Trump Organization-run golf course — that Bally's bought from New York City for about $156.6 million.
The concept
Bally's Bronx is the hotel component of a roughly $2.3-4 billion integrated resort at Ferry Point, combining the 500-room hotel with a casino floor holding 3,500 slot machines and 210 table games. The New York State Gaming Commission unanimously approved a commercial casino license for the project on December 15, 2025, one of three downstate licenses awarded alongside Hard Rock and Resorts World NYC. Bally's chair Soo Kim has said construction would begin immediately and could beat the roughly mid-2030 completion target the company has cited, though no firm opening date is confirmed.
Dining & wellness
The wider resort is planned to include retail, a spa, a food hall, a rooftop bar and an entertainment venue, according to Bally's own project materials — specific restaurant and spa operators have not been announced.
