Aman Dubai, announced in March 2024 for a 2027 opening on Jumeirah Beach, will be the ultra-luxury group's first UAE property. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the all-suite resort pairs roughly 100 keys and 82 branded residences with a 2,000-square-metre Aman Spa and 3.6 hectares of garden and parkland, beside the existing Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.

The place
The resort sits directly on Jumeirah Beach, next to the existing Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, as part of a wider beachfront development with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline.
The concept
Aman Dubai, announced in March 2024, is the ultra-luxury group's first UAE property, designed by Kerry Hill Architects — the firm behind Aman's trio of hotels in Japan — as an all-suite resort with a 2,000-square-metre Aman Spa, an Aman Club and roughly 3.6 hectares of garden and parkland at the heart of the site, alongside a limited collection of Aman-branded residences.
