Address Beach Resort

Address Beach Resort opened to the public on 18 December 2020 on the last beachfront plot of Jumeirah Beach Residence, Emaar Hospitality Group's first standalone beach resort under the Address brand. Its 77th-floor infinity pool was certified by Guinness World Records in November 2021 as the world's highest, at 294 metres above sea level.

The place

The resort occupies the last available beachfront plot on Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) Walk, at the end of the strip closest to the open sea.

The concept

Address Beach Resort was Emaar Hospitality Group's first standalone beachfront property under the Address brand, built as twin 77-storey towers combining a 217-room hotel with hundreds of serviced and residential apartments. Its best-known feature is the 77th-floor infinity pool, which Guinness World Records certified in November 2021 as the world's highest infinity pool, at 294 metres above sea level.
