The Lana, Dorchester Collection opened in February 2024 in Business Bay, the storied group's first Middle East property. Designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Gilles & Boissier, the 225-room hotel overlooks Marasi Bay Marina and houses the UAE's first Dior Spa alongside High Society, a rooftop infinity-pool restaurant facing the Burj Khalifa.

The place
The Lana rises 30 floors on Marasi Drive in Business Bay, overlooking Marasi Bay Marina — the only marina in downtown Dubai — a short distance from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.
The concept
The Lana marks Dorchester Collection's first Middle East property, designed by Foster + Partners with sleek, sensual lines around the marina. Paris-based Gilles & Boissier handled the interiors, drawing on Dubai's desert landscape and the UAE's cultural mix rather than a generic five-star template. The hotel also introduces the first Dior Spa in the UAE.
Dining & wellness
Eight dining and drinking venues operate across the property, headlined by High Society, the rooftop bar and restaurant built around an infinity pool with skyline views toward the Burj Khalifa.
