One&Only One Za'abeel

One&Only One Za'abeel opened on 10 February 2024 in central Dubai, Kerzner International's first city-based One&Only resort, sharing the twin-tower One Za'abeel development — connected by The Link, the world's longest cantilever — with the wellness-focused Siro hotel-in-hotel and a 25th-floor restaurant from three-Michelin-star chef Anne-Sophie Pic.

The place

The hotel occupies one of the two towers of the One Za'abeel development in central Dubai, connected to its twin by The Link — a 100-metre-high, futuristic cantilevered boulevard billed as the world's longest — a short distance from the Dubai World Trade Centre and Downtown Dubai.

The concept

One&Only One Za'abeel is Kerzner International's first city-centric resort under the One&Only brand, historically built around remote beach and island properties. It shares the One Za'abeel towers with Siro, a fitness-and-recovery-focused hotel-in-hotel designed with LW Design around wellness science, athlete insights and recovery-oriented programming rather than a conventional spa. The Link, the 100-metre-high cantilever connecting the two towers, houses the bulk of the property's 12 restaurant and bar concepts.

Dining & wellness

La Dame de Pic Dubai, on the 25th floor inside The Link, is run by three-Michelin-star French chef Anne-Sophie Pic, alongside Maison Devoille for Parisian pastries from the same team. The Link and The Garden together house twelve dining concepts spanning Japanese, French, Thai, Indonesian, Turkish and Arabian Peninsula cuisine.
