The place
The resort sits on Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), on a beachfront plot previously occupied by the Corinthia Meydan hotel, close to The Walk and The Beach retail strips.
The concept
FIVE LUXE JBR is positioned as the most premium of FIVE Hotels and Resorts' three Dubai properties, combining 222 hotel rooms and suites — including one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom suites with private sea-view terraces — with 276 residences, distinct from the group's original FIVE Jumeirah Village tower, which opened in 2019 elsewhere in the city.
Dining & wellness
Seven food-and-beverage venues opened with the hotel, including Ronin (live teppanyaki and sushi bars), Paradiso (cocktails), Goose Island Tap House (craft beer) and the Ibiza-styled Playa Pacha beach club, with Tête à Tête (French) and Lió Dubai (Spanish cabaret dining) added afterward.
