SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences opened on 5 April 2021 in Downtown Dubai's Burj Khalifa District as SLS's first Middle East hotel, a 75-storey, Aedas-designed tower combining 254 hotel rooms with hundreds of apartments and residences, and restaurants including Carna by Dario Cecchini.

The concept

SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences was SLS's first Middle East property, combining 254 hotel rooms with hundreds of hotel apartments and branded residences in a single mixed-use tower rather than a standalone hotel — a common Downtown Dubai format that lets the operator monetise the site well beyond room revenue. Interiors by Paul Bishop lean on SLS's usual playful maximalism, with sky-high infinity pools and Burj Khalifa views used as the property's core selling point over its 75 floors.

Dining & wellness

Fi'lia Dubai serves the brand's signature rustic Italian concept, and Carna by Dario Cecchini brings the Tuscan butcher's meat-forward Italian cooking to a second Dubai address (alongside his restaurant at Ennismore's Mondrian Singapore Duxton).
