SIRO One Za'abeel

SIRO One Za'abeel opened 1 February 2024 in the One Za'abeel development, the debut property of Kerzner International's new fitness-and-recovery hotel brand. The 132-room tower is built around a two-floor, 1,000-square-metre Fitness and Recovery Lab and shares its site — and The Link cantilever connecting the two towers — with sister hotel One&Only One Za'abeel.

The place

Siro occupies its own tower within the One Za'abeel development in central Dubai, alongside its sister hotel One&Only One Za'abeel and connected to it by The Link, a 100-metre-high cantilevered boulevard, a short distance from the Dubai World Trade Centre and Downtown Dubai.

The concept

SIRO One Za'abeel is the launch property of Siro, Kerzner International's new brand built specifically around fitness, recovery and sleep science rather than a conventional spa menu. Its two-floor, 1,000-square-metre Fitness and Recovery Lab includes strength and conditioning studios, cryotherapy and recovery suites, and wearable-linked programming across five pillars — nutrition, fitness, sleep, recovery and mindfulness — with rooms themselves designed around sleep quality (blackout glazing, recovery-oriented bedding) rather than standard luxury amenities.

Dining & wellness

Dining is deliberately restrained and nutrition-led rather than a chef-driven showcase, with a performance-focused all-day restaurant; guests also have access to the wider One Za'abeel dining programme via The Link, including its twelve restaurant and bar concepts shared with One&Only One Za'abeel.
