The Hoxton, Dubai Media City, targeting 2027, will be Ennismore's lifestyle brand's Middle East debut: a 230-room conversion developed with Select Group that introduces The Hoxton's first wellness club alongside four Paris Society-curated restaurant and bar concepts.

The concept

The Hoxton, Dubai Media City is the brand's Middle East debut, developed by Ennismore with Select Group as a full conversion of an existing Dubai Media City building rather than a ground-up tower, targeting 2027 with 230 rooms. The project also introduces The Hoxton's first wellness club: a social fitness and recovery hub with a large gym floor, movement studios, spa treatment rooms, contrast therapy facilities and a members' lounge, alongside Beaum, a healthy café concept.

Dining & wellness

Food and drink are curated by Paris Society across four concepts: Onaka, a Japanese handroll bar developed with restaurateur Moïse Sfez; Bleachers, a social sports bar; Il Bambini Club, Paris Society's trattoria format already running in London, Paris and Cape Town; and Tope, The Hoxton's Mexican-inspired rooftop concept already established in Barcelona, Portland and Brussels.
