The place
The resort sits on Jumeirah Beach between the existing Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab, completing what Jumeirah Group describes as an oceanic-inspired trilogy of resorts on the same stretch of coastline.
The concept
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is designed by Shaun Killa — the architect behind Dubai's Museum of the Future — around an avant-garde superyacht silhouette, positioned as the third and newest addition to Jumeirah's flagship Dubai beachfront alongside Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The resort includes a 3,500-square-metre, three-storey Talise Spa with a dedicated female-only floor and a 20-metre indoor pool, five outdoor pools, and an 82-berth superyacht marina and yacht club.
Dining & wellness
Eleven restaurants and four bars operate across the property, headlined by The Fore, a single dining destination combining four separate restaurant concepts in one space — a format new to the city at launch.
