The place
The Source Hotel rises above The Source Market Hall in Denver's RiNo Art District, adjacent to a former 19th-century iron foundry building — a food-and-drink complex about a mile north of downtown that predates the hotel itself.
The concept
A $41.6 million new-build project, The Source Hotel added 100 design-forward rooms across six layouts directly atop the existing Source Market Hall, an artisan food hall built into a former iron foundry. Rooms draw on Scandinavian and Japanese design references, positioning the hotel as a design-led add-on to an already-established RiNo food destination rather than a standalone concept.
Dining & wellness
Guests have direct access to the Market Hall's roughly six restaurants and vendors, plus an on-site brewery, bakery, florist and vintage/coffee shop; the hotel itself adds a rooftop pool, bar and sun terrace.
