The concept

Apiary is a newly built, all-suite hotel that opened to guests in February 2026 as, per its operators, South Denver's first lifestyle extended-stay property. Part of Marriott's Bonvoy Collection, the hotel takes its name and design cues from beehive imagery — a nod, per its own materials, to "the beauty and collaboration of a beehive" — applied across its 175 suites, each with a kitchenette and residential-style furnishings aimed at longer stays as much as overnight trips. Its positioning sits between a standard extended-stay product and a full lifestyle hotel: suites built for multi-night comfort, paired with a cocktail lounge and market-cafe more typical of a boutique property than a straightforward all-suite chain.

Dining & wellness

Keepers Cocktail Lounge and June Gap Market & Café make up the hotel's two dining and drinking concepts, alongside The Nectar Room, a 900-square-foot flexible meeting and events space.
