AC Hotel Denver Downtown

AC Hotel Denver Downtown opened in September 2017 with 223 rooms as the AC-branded half of a 20-story dual-brand tower shared with Le Méridien Denver Downtown — the brand's first Colorado property, and a separate downtown address from AC Hotel Denver RiNo and AC Hotel Denver Gateway Park.

The place

At 750 15th Street in Denver's Central Business District, near Union Station, Coors Field, Larimer Square and the Colorado Convention Center — the same 15th & California downtown block as its tower-mate, Le Méridien Denver Downtown.

The concept

AC Hotel Denver Downtown opened in September 2017 as the AC-branded half of a single HKS-designed, 20-story dual-brand tower shared with Le Méridien Denver Downtown — two distinct hotels (separate room counts, separate lobbies, one shared building) rather than one property under two names. It was the AC Hotels brand's first property in Colorado and, together with its Le Méridien counterpart, Marriott's first collaborative dual-brand project following the 2016 Starwood merger. Importantly, this downtown tower property is entirely distinct from AC Hotel Denver RiNo and AC Hotel Denver Gateway Park, two other AC-branded hotels elsewhere in metro Denver — same brand, different buildings and addresses, not to be confused with one another.

Dining & wellness

Bar AC serves international small plates; 54thirty Rooftop, shared with the Le Méridien side of the tower, is Denver's highest open-air rooftop bar. The hotel also has a 24/7 fitness center on the 20th floor and a grocery/coffee shop.
