The place
The Kimpton Claret Hotel opened in Belleview Station, a growing mixed-use district in south Denver within the Denver Tech Center, several miles south of downtown.
The concept
Opened on July 19, 2024, the Kimpton Claret is a newly built, 19-story tower and the first boutique hotel to land in the fast-developing Belleview Station neighborhood. Chicago-based designer Kara Mann outfitted the 190 guestrooms, four of them suites, in a restrained palette of gray, beige and cream, playing contrasts of chunky knits against leather and warm wood against cool metal, with large windows framing city and Front Range views.
As a Kimpton property, the hotel leans into the brand's lifestyle-boutique formula: personality-driven public spaces, an emphasis on local design references, and a rooftop bar built to be a draw in its own right rather than an amenity guests stumble on.

The hotel's signature amenity is Halo Rooftop Bar on the 19th floor, offering unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and Front Range. Further dining details for the property's ground-floor outlets were not independently verified.
