The concept

Developed on land acquired in 2019 by a partnership including Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group, Alliance Investments, Lotus Hotels and TMS Management, the seven-story, 128-room hotel opened its doors on June 18, 2026 after a construction timeline stretched out by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a ground-up build, designed by KTGY Architects with interiors by Graniti Vicentia. As a Marriott AC Hotels property, it follows the brand's now-familiar European-inflected, design-first formula — minimalist rooms, a central lobby bar built for co-working and evening drinks alike — dropped into RiNo's gallery-and-brewery corridor rather than a conventional downtown business district.
