Rosewood Dubai

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will make its Dubai debut at Peninsula Dubai, a new waterfront district on Jumeirah Beach, with a 195-room hotel and eight private garden villas targeted for 2029. Owner Bright Start and developer H&H are building the hotel alongside a separate tower of 63 Rosewood Residences and five beachfront villas.

The place

Peninsula Dubai, a new waterfront district on Jumeirah Beach spanning roughly 9.95 hectares, blending hotel and residential development along the emirate's original beach coastline.

The concept

Real estate investment firm Bright Start owns the project, with Dubai developer H&H managing delivery. Alongside the 195-room hotel and 8 private garden villas, the site includes a separate tower of 63 Rosewood Residences and 5 additional beachfront villas. It marks Rosewood's first hotel and branded-residence project in Dubai, applying the group's 'A Sense of Place' design philosophy to the emirate's waterfront rather than its skyline.

Dining & wellness

Four dining venues and a dedicated wellness centre are planned for the hotel, alongside a private beach and beach club; residence owners get a separate set of amenities including a 24-hour concierge, spa, movement studio, padel court, private cinema and library lounge.
