Pullman Perth Airport

Pullman Perth Airport, an eight-storey, 240-room hotel targeted for a 2027 opening, will be Perth Airport's first-ever on-site hotel and Accor's first Pullman-branded property in the city. It forms one part of the airport's $5 billion capital investment program, with architecture by DKO Architecture designed around Western Australia's landscapes.

The hotel is being built on the Perth Airport estate, adjacent to the airport's major terminals.

The concept

Perth Airport partnered with Accor, Australia's largest hotel operator, to bring the airport's first purpose-built, terminal-adjacent hotel to its grounds — and Accor's first Pullman-branded property in Perth. The eight-storey, 240-room hotel is one piece of a historic $5 billion capital investment program at the airport, which also covers terminal upgrades and new transport infrastructure, making it the largest private infrastructure expansion under way in Perth. Architect DKO Architecture designed the building's aesthetic around Western Australia's landscapes, aiming to give arriving travellers an immediate sense of place rather than a generic airport-hotel box.

Dining & wellness

Planned facilities include a rooftop restaurant and bar, a lobby lounge café, fitness facilities, a sauna, flexible meeting rooms and co-working space.
