The place
The hotel sits within the Crown Perth resort complex in Burswood, on the south bank of the Swan River opposite the CBD, alongside Crown Perth's casino, convention centre and existing hotels. It's a resort-style location built around gaming, entertainment and events rather than a walkable city precinct.
The concept
At $568 million for the tower alone — the final piece of a $750 million resort-wide upgrade — Crown Towers was built as Perth's most opulent hotel, aimed squarely at high-end leisure and VIP casino guests rather than city-centre business travel. The split-level tower was designed by YWS Design & Architecture, with Bates Smart handling the grand interior and public spaces, and Blainey North designing the spa. Its scale and lobby chandelier set the tone: a big, self-contained luxury resort hotel rather than an intimate one.
Dining & wellness
The wider Crown Perth dining line-up includes Nobu, Bistro Guillaume, Rockpool Bar & Grill and Silks, all accessible to Crown Towers guests, alongside a Blainey North-designed spa offering La Prairie treatments and separate men's and women's aqua retreats with hot tubs and steam rooms.
