Neither the developer's project page nor Dorsett's own website lists a firm opening date.

The place
The hotel is rising at 80 Milligan Street within Perth City Link, a redeveloped precinct next to RAC Arena, close to Perth's main transport hub, Chinatown, the CBD and shopping malls.
The concept
Dorsett Perth is a ground-up hotel within the Perth City Link lifestyle precinct, developed and built in-house by Far East Consortium through its FEC Constructions arm, with architecture by Cottee Parker. The building's full-glass gold façade and elevated outdoor terrace are pitched by the developer as an intended landmark for the area. It will be the Dorsett brand's first Western Australian property, joining sister hotels the group already operates or has under development in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne.
Dining & wellness
Planned amenities include a lobby lounge, three restaurants and bars, a health and fitness centre, and two function rooms.
