Kimpton Dubai, announced in April 2025 for a Q1 2026 opening on the Business Bay Canal, marks IHG's first Kimpton hotel in the UAE. Developed with API Hotels & Resorts, the 280-room property will include three dining concepts, seven meeting spaces and a rooftop pool minutes from the Burj Khalifa.

The place
The hotel is positioned along the Business Bay Canal, minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, in one of Dubai's fastest-growing business and lifestyle districts.
The concept
Kimpton Dubai, announced in April 2025, is IHG's first Kimpton-branded hotel in the UAE and the second collaboration between IHG and developer API Hotels & Resorts, following InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay, which opened in September 2024. The 280-room hotel is positioned as a social hub for the neighbourhood rather than a conventional business tower, in keeping with Kimpton's boutique-lifestyle identity elsewhere in IHG's portfolio.
Dining & wellness
Three dining concepts are planned, alongside seven flexible meeting spaces including a ballroom, a rooftop swimming pool, spa, fitness centre and curated retail outlets.
