Bellagio Dubai

The concept

First announced in 2017, the Dubai project brings three MGM Resorts brands — Bellagio, Aria and MGM Grand — to a single $2.5 billion beachfront development built by Wasl Asset Management Group, with main construction carried out by China State Construction Engineering Corporation. MGM Resorts CEO Bill Hornbuckle confirmed in 2026 that construction remains on schedule for a Q3 2028 opening, after the project's timeline shifted from an earlier target. The three towers will share roughly 1,400 hotel rooms in total; individual per-tower room counts have not yet been published.

Specific dining and amenity details have not yet been published for the Dubai property; MGM Resorts' Las Vegas Bellagio is known for its fountain show, botanical conservatory and fine-dining program, though none of this is confirmed as replicated in Dubai.
