Delano SoHo New York
A 46-story Spring Street tower gets its third identity in under two decades as Ennismore relaunches Delano
Announced · Early 2026
Delano SoHo New York, announced for 2026, will convert the 46-story Spring Street tower most recently known as The Dominick — and originally Trump SoHo — into Ennismore's Delano brand. The roughly 390-room project, backed by owner Cain, is part of a wider Delano relaunch alongside new Miami and London properties.

The place
The hotel occupies 246 Spring Street in Hudson Square, on the edge of SoHo, inside a 46-story tower that opened in 2010 as Trump SoHo before being rebranded The Dominick in December 2017.
The concept
Cain bought the 390-room tower — most recently operating as The Dominick — for $175 million and is converting it into Delano SoHo New York in partnership with Ennismore, marking Delano's entry into New York and its third distinct brand identity since the building opened in 2010. The relaunch is part of a wider Delano revival that also includes a restored Delano Miami Beach and a new Delano London, positioning the SoHo property as a design- and nightlife-driven flagship for downtown Manhattan rather than a repeat of its previous incarnations.
Dining & wellness
The relaunch is planned to include new dining and bar concepts along with expansive event spaces atop the tower geared toward the downtown art and design scene; specific restaurant or chef names had not been announced at the time of writing.
