The place
24 Peck Seah Street in Tanjong Pagar, within Singapore's historic shophouse precinct, less than 200 metres from Tanjong Pagar MRT station and 350 metres from Maxwell MRT station.
The concept
Minor Hotels broke ground on its first Avani-branded hotel in Singapore, a 14-storey, 200-key lifestyle property developed by Singapore-based Kajima Development with Abu Dhabi-based Al Wathba Investment, built by Kim Hua Construction and designed by DP Architects. The project includes a pedestrian link connecting Peck Seah Street and Tras Street through the site.
Dining & wellness
Plans include a pool deck, an AvaniFit gym and on-site dining, with specific restaurant and spa concepts not yet detailed.
