Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong

Resorts World Sentosa's 2015-built Genting Hotel Jurong has reopened as a 557-room Four Points by Sheraton, Marriott's second brand deal with RWS and a bet on Jurong Lake District's rise as Singapore's second CBD.

Resorts World Sentosa's decade-old Genting Hotel Jurong has reopened as Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong, a 557-room reflag completed under a new conversion agreement with Marriott International. The move is RWS's second Marriott partnership in two years and puts a recognizable international flag on the sole hotel of scale in Jurong Lake District, the precinct Singapore is building out as its second central business district.

The place

The hotel sits on Jurong Town Hall Road in the Jurong Gateway precinct, within walking distance of Jurong East MRT station — the transport core of Jurong Lake District, a roughly 360-hectare zone the Urban Redevelopment Authority has planned as Singapore's largest business district outside the downtown core. Until this reopening, the building was the district's only significant hotel of scale.

The concept

The 15-storey tower opened in 2015 as Genting Hotel Jurong, built and run directly by Resorts World Sentosa (a Genting Singapore subsidiary) as the western district's first major hotel — an off-site extension of RWS's Sentosa resort footprint rather than a Sentosa property itself. In October 2025, RWS and Marriott International announced a conversion agreement to reflag the hotel as Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong, following a refurbishment; the property reopened under the new flag on July 22, 2026. The deal is RWS and Marriott's second tie-up, after the April 2025 launch of The Laurus, an all-suite luxury resort on Sentosa. Unlike The Laurus, this is a straight brand conversion: same building, same 557-room count and four accommodation categories, now carrying Marriott Bonvoy distribution and loyalty affiliation instead of independent Genting branding. RWS keeps operating the hotel and still runs a complimentary shuttle to Resorts World Sentosa.

Dining & wellness

Dining is anchored by Festive Café, an all-day restaurant serving buffet breakfast plus à la carte lunch and dinner, alongside a hotel bar with a local craft-beer program. Meetings and events space totals roughly 720-850 square metres, headlined by the pillarless Genting Ballroom plus five daylit meeting rooms and a rooftop Sky Lounge with an adjoining lawn. Leisure facilities include an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, roof gardens and sky terraces, and a self-service laundromat.
