The place
The hotel occupies level 9 and above of CapitaSpring at 88 Market Street, in the Raffles Place Central Business District, a few minutes' walk from Raffles Place and Telok Ayer MRT stations and from the Lau Pa Sat and Market Street hawker centres.
The concept
CapitaSpring is a 51-storey mixed-use tower developed by CapitaLand and Mitsubishi Estate, designed by BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group with Carlo Ratti Associati and RSP Architects, known for the four-storey Green Oasis sky garden roughly a third of the way up the building. Oakwood Premier Raffles Place Singapore takes the tower's upper section, becoming the second Oakwood-branded property in Singapore after Oakwood Bencoolen Singapore (opened December 2025) and part of Ascott's roughly 110-property, 15-country Oakwood portfolio. The property is built around Ascott's 'Home + Beyond' positioning for serviced residences, with a lobby designed as a communal living room and guestrooms including Deluxe, Premier, Junior and Executive Suite categories, the largest around 60 square metres.
Dining & wellness
Facilities include a fitness park, a swimming pool, a garden barbecue area, a self-service launderette and Wi-Fi 6 throughout. Oak Reserve, a club lounge, and The Oak Room, a beverage venue, serve as the property's food-and-beverage anchors; no standalone destination restaurant has been announced, and guests are pointed to the adjacent Market Street Hawker Centre and Lau Pa Sat for dining.
