Soho House opened its Manchester club on Tuesday 25 November 2025, after a three-year delay from the opening first announced for 2022. It is the group's first house in northern England and part of a portfolio of more than 40. The club occupies part of the former Granada Studios, the television complex where The Beatles gave their first televised performance.

The place
Granada Studios stands in Manchester city centre, in the St John's district.
The lower levels of the same building are taken by Mollie's Manchester, the group's budget-luxe motel brand, open to non-members. Sources give differing room counts for it, from about 128 to 140.
The concept
Bedrooms are on the sixth floor: 23 according to the opening coverage, plus a two-bedroom private apartment. They run from Cosy rooms to Large suites with freestanding baths and living space.
The interiors team mixes vintage furniture, mid-century details and locally inspired art with the building's industrial past. An events space on the eighth floor looks over the skyline.
Membership costs £2,400 a year, or £3,450 for access to every house, with discounts for under-27s. Phasing of the wellness floor was scheduled for spring 2026.
Dining & wellness
The Drawing Room, the main restaurant, is on the eighth floor. Home Kitchen is the more casual option, and a live music lounge and a late-night bar overlook the heated, all-weather rooftop pool.
The gym, steam room and sauna complete the wellness side.
