Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina
A 122-storey Dubai Marina tower pairs a 61-room Six Senses hotel with four floors of longevity-focused wellness space, separate from the brand's already-open Six Senses The Palm.
Announced · Q3 2028
Six Senses and Select Group are building a 122-storey Dubai Marina tower — a 61-room hotel wrapped in 163 residences and 9 villas — anchored by four floors of longevity-focused wellness space. Targeted for the third quarter of 2028, it's a separate project from the already-open Six Senses The Palm on Palm Jumeirah.

The place
Dubai Marina, five minutes from Dubai Marina Mall and ten minutes from Jumeirah Beach Residence, on the Marina Walk — a distinct site and neighborhood from Six Senses The Palm on Palm Jumeirah, the brand's other Dubai property with the same developer.
The concept
Announced in 2024 as Six Senses' first standalone residential development in the UAE and its second collaboration with Select Group after Six Senses Residences The Palm, this 122-storey tower is being built with a gross development value of more than US$1 billion, targeting LEED Silver certification. Construction was awarded to Arabian Construction Company in November 2024, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2028. This is a distinct, later-stage, still-under-construction project from the already-open Six Senses The Palm — different neighborhood, larger residential component and later completion date — and the two should not be conflated despite sharing a developer.
Dining & wellness
The tower's roughly 61,000 square feet of wellness space spans four levels: a dedicated longevity center with diagnostics, cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers, a crystal sound-healing room, a spa with hydrotherapy and a juice bar, and a 25-metre lap pool on the 109th-floor Skydeck, alongside a lounge, games room and cinema. No standalone restaurant concept has been disclosed.
