The place
The hotel occupies the northwest corner of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority campus in downtown Atlanta, on land that once held the Georgia Dome. It stands beside Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, connected to the Georgia World Congress Center convention halls by a direct pedestrian walkway.
The concept
Signia by Hilton is the group's flagship brand built specifically for large-scale meetings and events, and this 42-story, 1.25-million-square-foot tower is its first ground-up property. Developed by Boston-based Drew Company for the Georgia World Congress Center Authority and built by a Skanska/SG Contracting joint venture, it is described as Atlanta's largest ground-up hotel development in roughly 40 years. Guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and Connected Room technology, with an entire floor dedicated to wellness. The hotel is built around more than 100,000 square feet of flexible event space, among it the largest hotel ballroom in Georgia and over 30,000 square feet of outdoor event deck and lawn.
Dining & wellness
Eight food-and-beverage venues operate across the property, led by Capolinea, an Italian restaurant serving handmade pasta with tableside martini service, and Homespun, a Southern-inspired breakfast spot. Nest on Four is a sports bar overlooking Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Highball is the seasonal rooftop pool bar, and a lobby bar and grab-and-go market round out the offer. A rooftop pool overlooks the stadium, and a spa was slated to open in the months following the hotel's launch.
