The place
The hotel sits at 415 East Paces Ferry Road in Buckhead, Atlanta's uptown district of luxury retail and dining, a short walk from Buckhead Village.
The concept
Peregrine Hospitality took over the former Thompson Atlanta-Buckhead and rebuilt its identity from the ground up as The Tess, joining Marriott's Autograph Collection with a warmer, more residential take on Southern hospitality — Atlanta-made furnishings and local artwork replacing the previous boutique-hotel look.
Dining & wellness
Tesserae, the rooftop restaurant, serves modern American food with skyline views alongside a marble-and-brass Lobby Bar, and guests have access to one of Buckhead's few rooftop pools.
