Accor has signed a management agreement for a 143-room Novotel in the Nova Rêve development in Castle Hill, in north-west Sydney. Reve Group is the developer and the hotel is scheduled to open in early 2029. It sits within walking distance of Castle Towers and Castle Hill Metro station.

The place
In the Nova Rêve precinct in Castle Hill town centre, in Sydney's Hills District, within walking distance of Castle Towers shopping centre and Castle Hill Metro station.
The concept
Reve Group, a Hills District developer with more than 30 years of residential and mixed-use work in Sydney, is building Nova Rêve around the hotel. The precinct has 253 apartments in three towers rising to 23 levels, more than 1,600 square metres of ground-level shops and cafes, and almost an acre of landscaped communal gardens. Turner designed the architecture and interiors, and Land and Form Studios the landscape.
Accor signed a management agreement to run the hotel under the Novotel flag. The plans include restaurants, cafes and bars, among them an elevated dining venue with views over the district, plus a fitness centre, a pool and conference and events space.
Reve Group's managing director Sam Kassis presents the conference rooms as a place for the district to hold weddings and family celebrations as well as business events.

October 8, 2026: Accor announced it has signed to operate a 143-room Novotel in Reve Group's Nova Rêve mixed-use precinct in Castle Hill town centre, with opening scheduled for early 2029. Turner is responsible for architecture and interiors. The hotel will include restaurants, cafes and bars, an elevated dining venue with district views, a fitness centre, a pool and conference and events space. Nova Rêve also includes 253 apartments across three towers. Accor's Adrian Williams called Castle Hill one of Sydney's most dynamic growth corridors, and Reve Group's Sam Kassis said the hotel gives the district somewhere to hold a conference, a wedding or a family celebration.
