Sydney Marriott Hotel Parramatta, developed by JQZ on Church Street in the Parramatta CBD, will be the Marriott Hotels flagship brand's first property in Western Sydney. The 279-room, ground-up tower is targeted for mid-2027 and will include an M Club Lounge, a rooftop pool and pool bar, and extensive meeting facilities.

The concept

Developed by JQZ, Sydney Marriott Hotel Parramatta is the flagship Marriott Hotels brand's first property in Western Sydney and only its second in New South Wales after the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay — the group's fifth hotel in Australia overall. The 279-room, ground-up tower is built for both business and leisure stays, with extensive function and meeting facilities aimed at Parramatta's growing commercial district.

Dining & wellness

Plans include an M Club Lounge, a restaurant, a cafe, a lobby lounge, a rooftop swimming pool with a pool bar, and a fitness centre; specific chefs and F&B operators have not been announced.
